Hairy thoughts…
I usually have pretty short hair.  Every time I try growing it out, around the time it gets to bob-length, I get tired of it and chop it all off again.  I am currently trying to grow it out to the length of Keira Knightley’s in the picture above.
The trouble comes when I try to find in-between styles on pinterest.  Actually, there are a few things that irk me when I try to find hair styles on pinterest in general:
1) Stupid people who comment: If only I had the courage… under any sort of shorter hair style picture.  Life is too goddamn short to sit and whine about whether or not to cut your hair.  It is fucking hair.  It will grow back.  Suck it up and fucking do it or quit your bitching.
2) Stupid people who complain about having a pixie cut or trying to grow it out.  Just let your hair grow.  Go and get regular trims.  Pretty soon, it will be long again.  It isn’t rocket science people.  It is just fucking hair.
3) I actually saw someone post an article about how to make your hair grow faster, and underneath she had added some ridiculous comment about how she liked her hair short but she promised her husband that she would grow it long again.  What the actual fuck?!  Is he wearing the fucking hairstyle?  Why the fuck would you wear your hair a certain way for someone else?!?!!  Fuck that shit!  Then she also added, "because you never hear a man say, ‘Oooo baby, I love that pixie cut.’"  Excuse me, bitch?!  Fuck you!  And fuck any man that thinks he has control over a woman’s hair.  Fuck all of that!  Do NOT give another person control or say in what you do with your body, hair, clothes, etc.  It is your body!  To give that control to anyone else is just ridiculous.
Moral of the story: Hair is just fucking hair.  What you do to it is your business.  Be confident in who you are as a person.  And don’t let some other asshole think they can control how you wear your hair.
